Lisa Hartman

Lisa Hartman
Redwood Trust, Inc.

Lisa is an investor relations executive with over 20 years of corporate experience spanning investor relations, accounting, finance, and channel programs. Her IR experience includes developing and executing IR strategies, management transitions, shareholder activism, debt IPOs, M&A and hosting investor events across the U.S., Europe and Asia. Lisa has worked for both NYSE and Nasdaq listed companies in the technology and financial services industries.

Lisa is the senior vice president, head of Investor Relations at Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE:RWT), a leading innovator in housing credit investing, where she is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the investor relations and corporate communications strategy. Prior to joining Redwood, she worked at Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) from 2007 – 2017 where she held a variety of roles in investor relations, finance, and marketing and was the senior director of investor relations when she left the company in 2017.  Prior to joining Juniper, Lisa held roles in IR and finance at Lam Research, (Nasdaq: LRCX) from 1997-2007. 

Lisa joined the board of NIRI San Francisco in 2016 and served on the NIRI Silicon Valley board from 2006 – 2012. She previously held the positions of Treasurer, Communications, and Programs. She holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Business and a B.S., Accounting from San Jose State University.

Victoria has over 20 years of FinTech and SaaS industry experience including 15 years in award-winning investor relations programs. Victoria leads investor relations for 8x8, Inc. (NYSE:EGHT), a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of cloud communications, contact center, chat, video conferencing and enterprise API solutions headquartered in San Jose, CA. In this role, she oversees all aspects of 8x8's relationships with investors, sell-side analysts and debt holders.
Prior to joining 8x8 in October 2017, she served as Director of Investor Relations for Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) for 10 years. Victoria joined Visa in 2007 to establish the company's global IR function and investor positioning prior to the company’s successful IPO in March 2008. Prior to Visa, Victoria held Investor Relations roles at McAfee Inc. (acquired by Intel) and Providian Financial (acquired by Washington Mutual/ JP Morgan Chase).
Victoria is a board member for the NIRI San Francisco chapter since 2016 and served on the NIRI Silicon Valley board from 2007 to 2011. She has held the positions of Sponsorship, Advocacy, Membership and Programs throughout her board experience. She was also a volunteer for NIRI’s 50th Anniversary Annual Conference Committee developing the ‘Corporate Governance, Board Relations and Strategic Collaboration’ session track.

Edelita brings over 20 years of expertise in building finance and investor relations operations for rapidly growing technology companies and large cap consumer and technology companies. She serves as the VP of Investor Relations at Anaplan, Inc. (NYSE: PLAN) and was instrumental in Anaplan’s initial public offering in 2018.  Prior to that, she was Head of Investor Relations for Levi Strauss, Inc and Nimble Storage, Inc.  Previously, Edelita held leadership roles in the FP&A, Investor Relations and Corporate Development functions at Cisco Systems, Inc.  Edelita began her early career as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young LLP. 

Edelita was recognized as Best IR Professional, 2017 All-America Executive Team, Institutional Investor’s annual ranking of the nation’s top corporate leaders.

Edelita holds a B.S. Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys rock climbing and writing fiction and poetry.

Malin spent four years as a buy-side analyst, seeing first-hand the need for improved disclosure on ESG topics. During her seven-year tenure as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Bank of Marin she oversaw Investor Relations and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Malin spent the first ten years of her career with GE Capital, progressing through various roles including internal audit and global pricing. A native of Sweden, Malin has a MSc in Business from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. Joshua McGinn is the Senior Vice President, Western Region Relationship Management at AST and has more than 30 years of industry experience. In his current role, Josh manages shareholder services for corporate issuers and IPOs and is heavily involved with planning, developing, and administering a wide range of issuer services including annual meetings, corporate governance advisory and proxy solicitation, market surveillance and merger activities. Before joining AST in April 2012, Josh was with Computershare and its predecessor EquiServe and Bank of Boston. Josh has a solid background with annual meetings, proxy mailings, solicitations, and proxy contests. He started Bank of Boston’s proxy solicitation department in the late 1980s and contributed to that organization’s e-proxy, e-distribution, and proxy householding services. Josh received both his bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Boston University, has earned his Series 7 license, and has attained the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. He is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), the Society of Governance Professionals, and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). He is a board member of the San Francisco chapter of NASPP, a current advisory committee member for the LA Chapter of NIRI and a former board member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NIRI. He has authored materials for the NCEO and enjoys thought leadership with speaking on industry trends and regulatory changes while always looking to achieve the greatest operating and cost efficiencies.

Karen was previously Senior Director and Head of Investor Relations at LeapFrog, a children’s electronic learning company, and Director and Head of Investor Relations at Electronic Arts, an interactive entertainment software company. At EA, Karen built a top-ranked investor relations program that was recognized by Barron’s and IR Magazine as “Top 100 in the Country” and Institutional Investor-ranked #2 in the software industry.
Karen was previously an investment banker at Montgomery Securities, BT Securities, and Hadley Partners. During her banking career, she raised $12 billion in 32 debt and equity transactions for her clients, who were primarily in the consumer and hospitality industries. She also advised clients on M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side.
Karen holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and a M.S in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Prior to joining Joele Frank, Anne was a vice president of Capital Research and Management Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital Group. For more than 25 years she provided oversight of the firm’s proxy voting efforts, working extensively with investment analysts and portfolio counselors on corporate governance, compensation, and social and environmental issues, participating in the formation of Capital’s proxy voting policies, as well as the firm’s engagement efforts with portfolio companies.
Anne participates in numerous industry working groups and is a frequent speaker on governance topics. She serves on the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region board. Anne received a BS in business from the University of Redlands and is based in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

She has 25 years business and legal experience, including over 15 years in investor relations.

Kelly McGeehan is Global Head of IHS Markit’s Issuer Solutions, responsible for all aspects of strategy and execution for the business, which provides investor relations clients with the intelligence, technology and expertise required to run successful IR programs. Prior to her current role, Kelly drove revenue growth and client acquisition as Global Head of Client Service and Sales for the business.

Kelly has over 20 years of experience in corporate investor relations and capital markets. Prior to IHS Markit, she held senior leadership roles in Product, Client Service, Sales, and Operations at Ipreo and Thomson Financial.

She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and currently serves as Director-At-Large for NIRI San Francisco.

Nicole has been running her own consultancy, NMN Advisors, for more than 15 years. During her 20 years in investor relations, she has provided over 100 pre-IPO and public companies investor relations and strategic communications counsel and has worked with companies in virtually every facet of investor relations, including IPOs, shareholder activism, M&A communications, global investor targeting and crisis communications.

Prior to consulting, she was the Director of IR for meVC / Draper Fisher Jurvetson's (DFJ) public venture capital fund where she managed the public relations and investor relations departments. While at meVC/DFJ Fund, she assisted with the company's $330M IPO on the NYSE. Before working for the meVC/DFJ Fund, Nicole held IR and Finance positions at Infoseek and Imatron.

For 9 years, Nicole volunteered as both an Officer and Director with the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) San Francisco and Silicon Valley chapters and is currently a member of the senior roundtable. She has been a public speaker on the topic of disclosure, ethics, and investor relations strategic issues at the Annual NIRI National conference, PRSA San Francisco Chapter, and NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter. Nicole is also a contributor to IR Update, a magazine specializing in investor relations. Nicole holds a B.S., Political Science and B.A., History from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed additional studies at the University of Grenoble, France and University of Hull, England.
